About this exhibitor
First established in 1911 as the Sales Managers Association, the institute has striven to be the authoritative voice of selling and the custodian of sales standards, ethics and best practice throughout its existence. Now rebranded as the Institute of Sales Management, it exists to promote the professionalism and integrity of sales by providing internationally recognised learning opportunities, thought leadership, peer to peer guidance and advice and industry related news and information.
The ISM will continue to concentrate its efforts on being the leading body for the sales industry, its people and organisations responsible for providing training and learning opportunities. ISM members are drawn from every sector of industry and commerce and at all levels; from those just embarking upon a sales career through to senior and experienced sales managers and directors. All members adhere to the ISM Code of Conduct, as well as share a commitment to upholding the standards of professionalism and integrity, ethics and best practice that are all hallmarks of sales success.
The ISM is a Sales Professional Body committed to developing sales talent via a range of professional and educational resources, through its Professional Sales Certification Framework of Excellence. The ISM is also an awarding body recognised by OFQUAL (the department of Her Majesty’s Government which regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments) for offering a complete range of qualifications exclusively focused on Sales and Sales Management.
